Daily Drop In Yoga
Enhance your holiday vibe with yoga, meditation and pranayama. Island Garden Yoga offers a morning Vinyasa/Hatha class from 8.30 am - 9.30 am, and you can simply drop in. The afternoon Yin /Restorative class from 4.00 pm - 5.30 pm is by booking only via WhatsApp +62 823-4067-7213. With small classes, you will feel a deeper connection and the support of an experienced, intuitive style of teaching which is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Yoga Holiday Packages
Not just a holiday and not quite a yoga retreat. A Yoga Holiday package offers you to immerse yourself in twice daily yoga and enjoy an amazing holiday. You will stay in our deluxe private accommodation and enjoy free breakfast, tea and coffee, mixed fresh juice and filtered water. We will organise your return transfers. Included in the package is a 1 hour Balinese massage and a snorkeling trip. We will also help you organise any other activities or tours you require. Perfect for the solo traveller or come with a friend.

A Beautiful, Tranquil Space to Host Your own Retreat
Are you looking for a beautiful space to host your own retreat?
Island Garden Yoga Shala is a sacred, earthy space to share, grow and connect through yoga. The Shala is an exquisitely crafted, traditional open Balinese style meeting space with a high pitched, woven ceiling, an Alang Alang roof and varnished, timber floor. It has been built traditionally to accentuate the natural environment and attracts the small garden birds.
It has blinds for added privacy when required, lights and ceiling fans. The Shala is 6 x 7 sqm and maximum capacity is 14 people. The Shala overlooks the garden and is bordered by Frangipani, bougainvillea, and other tropical plants. The equipment provided includes 12 Cork and rubber yoga mats, 12 Cork blocks and 12 bolsters, and cushionas as well as battery operated candles and small speaker.
Surrounded by tranquil, tropical gardens, our Shala is the heart and soul of Island Garden Huts.
